After contemplating for several years about giving acrylics a try I finally took the plunge and bought a starter set of Liquitex Basics acrylic paint, a three pack 8 x 10 inch stretch canvas, some paint brushes and eagerly looked forward to making my first acrylic landscape painting.
I thought I might not like painting in acrylics because of its fast drying time and the care I need to take not to get paint where it's not suppose to be since acrylic becomes permanent once it dries, but I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to making more. Stay tuned as I hope to be posting more acrylic paintings.
