I began with painting acrylics making a small painting almost everyday, mostly landscapes, then I started running out of ideas. Still short on ideas for a composition I searched photos at an online site where people make their photos available to others for use, this acrylic landscape done on canvas board is based on one of those photos.
At times the most difficult part of painting is coming up with a composition but once you get going sometimes one idea leads to another, hope that will be the case with this painting.
